The 1290 Super Duke GT will be reintroduced for the 2023 season. The 1290 Super Duke GT combines torque, power and long-distance comfort in the form of a true sports bike.
The 2023 model gets an upgraded and reworked 1,301cc LC8 V-Twin and WP APEX semi-active suspension, as well as a new 7-inch TFT screen. The updated model will also feature new lightweight wheels that deliver a weight saving of 1 kilogram and will carry Continental ContiSportAttack 4 tyres.
The KTM 1290 Super Duke GT also debuts an all-new navigation system called Turn-by-Turn PLUS, which will further enhance the touring experience. TBT+ will be available through KTMconnect. This allows navigation instructions to be displayed directly on the new 7-inch TFT display, helping riders navigate more effectively. Powered by SYGIC, TBT+ can also work offline, allowing riders to plan their journey and adventure from remote locations, with the NAVIGATION feature using industry-standard maps to guide riders to their preferred destination.
The new system also allows waypoints to be skipped without causing a turnaround. The system only recalculates and searches for the next available route to get you back on track. The last 10 searched destinations are also automatically saved and immediately available on the dashboard.
